Q: Do you have more floor plans than what is shown online?
A: We do! We didn’t have space to showcase every floor plan on our website, but we have several studio and 1 & 2 bedroom layouts to choose from. Call or email us for more details.
Q: How can I reserve an apartment?
A: Click the Apply Now tab to complete the application process online.
Q: Do you rent to college students?
A: We are not currently accepting rental applications from undergraduate students.
Q: Do you offer preferred employer discounts?
A: We waive the application fee and offer reduced security deposits for our military, police, firefighters, and EMS. It’s our small way of saying thanks for all you do. We also offer discounts for several large employers in the area. Call us to find out if your company qualifies.
Q: Do you offer flexible lease terms?
A: Our standard lease is 12 months, but we do offer lease terms for as short as 6 months.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We are pet friendly! For your convenience, we have pet clean-up areas designated throughout the property. There is a non-refundable fee due upon move-in (or upon obtaining your pet): $250 for dogs, $100 for cats. Pet rent is $20 monthly per pet.
Q: Do you manage any other properties in the area?
A: Check out our sister properties, Hopewell Lofts, Southern Express Lofts, Trapezium Lofts, The Bosco, and The Nash.
Q: What utilities are included in the rent?
A: Your rent includes water, sewage, and trash. Residents are responsible for cable/internet and electricity.
Q: Do you offer furnished apartments?
A: Yes! We work with a local corporate housing company that specializes in providing short-term, furnished apartments. Call the leasing office to make arrangements.
Q: What’s nearby?
A: We’re located in Old Towne Petersburg on East Bank Street. We’ve got lots of terrific restaurants, bars, and shops all in walking distance. We recommend Demolition Coffee, Trapezium Brewing, Buttermilk Bake Shop, and Saucy’s BBQ – all just across the street. Mayton is located one exit down I-95 from Colonial Heights, which has all your shopping essentials covered. And, we’re just two miles from Fort Lee’s front gate!
Q: Do you have a fitness center on site?
A: Our property backs up to the Petersburg YMCA, a recently renovated full-service fitness center. The Y features group activity classes, a weight room, cardio room, pool, basketball court, and indoor and outdoor tracks. Our residents enjoy discounted monthly rates and no joining fee.
Q: When can I take a tour?
A: While our leasing office is not open for walk-ins due to Covid, we are available by appointment! Call us to make arrangements.
Q: I’m moving from out of state, and I’d like to get everything set up before I move. Is it possible to make arrangements before arriving to the area?
A: We frequently work with people relocating from all over the country. We try to make your move as easy and stress-free as possible, and can take care of the leasing process electronically. To start the process, fill out our application.
